Refund policy

1. Refund Eligibility - Esho Gallery does not offer refunds or exchanges for any items once they have left the showroom.

2. Product Issues - If you have concerns or issues regarding your purchase, please contact us directly to discuss potential resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

3. Claims based on faults or misdescriptions must be made promptly. Please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Resolution options will be determined by Esho Gallery.

4. Cancellation policy: Special orders cannot be cancelled. If payment has not been made to cover costs of work already carried out, we may charge other fees to cover costs already incurred such as the restores fees.

5. Deposit: You will need to pay a deposit to place a special order.

6. No-return policy: Custom finish or special order items are not eligible for returns or cancellations once the order is placed and confirmed.
