Fler SC58 Norsk Divan Teak Sofa

The Fler SC58 Norsk Divan, designed by Fred Lowen in the early 1960s and among the most recognisable pieces of Australian mid-century furniture.

Its signature is the surfboard backrest — a single sculpted teak paddle that gives the sofa its profile and its name among collectors. The frame here has been painted black, and the original fabric remains in excellent condition.
