Chiswell Carver Armchair, Teak & Black Vinyl

A Chiswell carver armchair in teak, with arms — the head-of-table chair, and the one that usually goes missing from a set.

Carvers were made in far smaller numbers than the side chairs they accompanied, which is why finding one on its own is worth doing. Slightly taller in the back than its matching chairs, so it reads as the head of the table without breaking the line of a set.

Teak frame revitalised with Danish oil. Original black vinyl in excellent condition.
