Chiswell Wave Teak Sideboard, Two-Door LP Cabinet

A Chiswell sideboard from the mid-1960s with the distinctive wave door handles.

The wave handle was Chiswell's own — a shaped pull cut into the door rather than applied to it, and the detail collectors use to identify the model. Examples in this condition are increasingly rare.

Two doors across 120cm, which is the compact version: it fits a hallway or a smaller dining room where the full-length model would not.

Supported on a framework of tapered legs, and treated with Danish oil.
