Split-level storage is the design: sliding doors, drawers, and a concealed bar compartment behind one of the upper panels — a combination that lets one piece hold dinnerware, linen and spirits without any of them being visible at once.

The tapered cigar legs and subtly curved side fins are what mark it as proper Danish production rather than an imitation. Teak was chosen by Scandinavian makers for its durability and its golden-brown figure, and this example shows why.
