Fler 'Flervilla' Teak Sideboard & LP Cabinet

The 'Flervilla' teak sideboard, designed by Gerald Easden for Fler and made in Australia in the 1960s.

Easden is the designer behind Fler's better case pieces, and the Flervilla is the one collectors look for. The grain on this example is exceptional — the sort of figure that only appears when a maker was selecting timber rather than simply using it.

Internal shelves adjust and remove entirely, so it takes LPs, linen or dinnerware equally.

Finished with three coats of Osmo hard wax, which feeds the timber rather than sealing it. Excellent condition.
