A Post and Rail modular lounge in original champagne crushed velvet — four pieces, endlessly reconfigurable.

Two singles and two corners, which can run as an L, a straight four-seater, or be split across rooms. Modular sets from the 1970s rarely survive complete, and the flexibility is the whole argument: the lounge adapts to the room rather than the reverse.

The champagne crushed velvet is original. It is the colour that dates the set precisely and the reason it reads as period rather than merely old.
