The Tessa T4, designed by Fred Lowen — the sofa that showed Australian makers could innovate rather than imitate.

The frame is bentwood teak, and that is the whole story. Steaming and shaping timber rather than cutting and joining it produces a curve no straight-cut frame can match, and gives the T4 its distinctive flowing line. Few Australian makers attempted it at this scale.

Reupholstered in your choice from a wide range of quality fabrics and vinyls. Samples posted so you can be certain of colour and texture.
