The Tessa T8 bentwood chair, designed by Fred Lowen, rebuilt in a fabric of your choosing.

A bent plywood frame carrying a canvas sling — construction that is both lighter and stronger than it looks, and the reason these have survived where heavier chairs of the era have racked. The sling gives with the sitter rather than resisting.

Both the fabric and the cushion insert can be specified, so two chairs from the same frame can read very differently.
