Mid-Century Modern (MCM) piece, likely dating from the 1960s or early 1970s.
Australian and the specific "pencil mark" numbering on the back panel (80 A) are very typical of factories like Chiswell, Parker, or Roden. These marks were often used to match doors to cabinets during hand-assembly.
Made from teak-veneer finish, which was the standard timber for quality Australian furniture of this period.
Two available, one with draws and one with just space to hang clothes.
